Exploring Ideas

 As I gradually developed my theme and brainstormed between the different ideas I had for my magazine, I created a list of my top 10 theme ideas. I then went on a variety of business websites to look for inspiration and ideas. While I looked through the different sites, I took font, color, audience, and logos into consideration. Down below are some websites I compared.




Looking at these sites gave me a better idea of what I wanted the result of my project to look like and the kind of audience I would like to attract or draw in.

Choosing a Theme

 Before I started anything with my project, I had to decide whether I wanted to work with a group or remain by myself. After making the decision to work on the project myself, I had to then figure out what I wanted the main topic of my magazine to be. I brainstormed many ideas in class through assignments and speaking with fellow classmates. I also looked at and analyzed a few magazines in class which gave me inspiration.
