Preparing for the CCR (Creative Critical Reflection)

 The CCR (Creative Critical Reflection) consists of the four questions listed

  • How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues?
  • How does your product engage with audiences and how would it be distributed as a real media text?
  • How did your production skills develop throughout this project?
  • How did you integrate technologies – software, hardware and online – in this project?








In order to prepare for the CCR (Creative Critical Reflection) I will revise my options, communicate with my teacher, and get the information I need to answer these questions to the best of my ability.

Choosing a Theme

 Before I started anything with my project, I had to decide whether I wanted to work with a group or remain by myself. After making the decision to work on the project myself, I had to then figure out what I wanted the main topic of my magazine to be. I brainstormed many ideas in class through assignments and speaking with fellow classmates. I also looked at and analyzed a few magazines in class which gave me inspiration.
